Every community must answer a real need and honor the dignity of the people it is intended to serve.
Housing · Community · Legacy
MANNA Community Development Corporation—MANNA CDC—is a faith-based 501(c)(3) advancing dignified affordable housing, neighborhood-scale development, and responsible pathways to stability across Maryland and Delaware.
Faith establishes the foundation.
Excellence defines the work.
Stewardship protects the mission.
Our foundation
MANNA CDC does not build from ambition alone. We begin with prayer, confirm the purpose, establish order, and move only when the mission, people, resources, and responsibility are aligned.
Every community must answer a real need and honor the dignity of the people it is intended to serve.
Governance, feasibility, accountability, and clear decision rights come before capital is committed.
We plan for lasting quality, resident stability, neighborhood strength, and faithful care of every entrusted resource.
“Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it.”Psalm 127:1 · KJV

Capital with a calling
Public funds, grants, philanthropic gifts, land, partnerships, and development capital carry obligations. The MANNA CDC operating model is designed for disciplined approvals, restricted-fund tracking, procurement, compliance, reporting, audit readiness, and measurable housing outcomes.
Guided inquiry
Whether you represent a household, property, municipality, funder, faith community, or institution, our guided process directs your inquiry to the appropriate MANNA CDC pathway.
From vision to accountable impact
MANNA CDC uses clear decision gates so enthusiasm never outruns wisdom, capacity, compliance, or stewardship.
Our guided inquiry captures the need, location, readiness, and people involved so every opportunity begins with a complete picture.
Leadership evaluates mission fit, community benefit, feasibility, risk, capacity, and available capital.
Aligned opportunities advance through site, legal, financial, funding, design, and partner review.
Only approved initiatives enter controlled budgets, schedules, procurement, construction, and reporting.
MANNA CDC tracks outcomes, obligations, asset performance, partner commitments, and lessons for the future.
One purpose. Clear accountability.

The organizations maintain distinct legal, financial, and operational responsibilities. When their work aligns, every role, agreement, cost, approval, and charitable benefit must remain transparent and documented.
